•    Tour will be confirmed once the payment is done,
•    You will have accommodation on star class hotels according to your choice, Complimentary breakfast included,
•    Optional excursions and additional services could be provided for which an additional charge will be applicable.
•    The official check-in time at all hotels will be 14:00 hrs.
•    The official check-out time at all hotels will be 12:00 hrs.
•    Visits to wildlife parks will be at client’s own risk. Jeeps available are non air-conditioned and very basic with basic insurance covers (not comprehensive as in the case of vehicles that will be used for tours).
•    You are strongly advised to obey the instructions given by the interpreter and the Wild Life Officers while you are seeing animals
•    We suggest you to wear light dull colour cloths when visiting wildlife park. And to wear decent and long dresses when visiting religious establishments
•    It is convenient to have sunglasses, sunburn lotion, insect repellent and personal effects for warm, windy and rainy conditions.

•    0-2 years – Free of Charge
•    3-12 years – 01 Child – Package rate + 25% (Roll-away bed included)
•    3-12 years – 02 Children – Package rate + 40% (Roll-away bed included)

Cancelations and Amendments

•    Cancellations received with 15 days or more notice, will be refunded in full less any bank charges. (If any)
•    Cancellations received with less than 14 days notice is subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
•    Failure to arrive at the hotel is subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
•    Any amendments to the booking need to be notified 7 days prior to the date of arrival.
•    Amendments to the booking will be made upon room availability
